Located in downtown, adjacent to the bayfront, the Beau Ciel  is an ultra-modern condominium with 44 residences.  Built in 2003, each residence has a private vestibule off an elevator. Most residences have more than one spacious balcony with glorious bay views.  They are located right next door to the Hyatt, which offers room service to the condominium residences. 

          Kanaya

Located in in downtown Sarasota, Rivo @ Ringling opened in late 2006.   Although it's quite a distance from the bay, several of the units on higher floors do indeed have bay views.  The 106 residences are primarily medium sized units ranging from 1400 to 1800 square feet, with the penthouse units being larger up to about 3,500 square feet.  The smallest units are 2 bedroom / 2 bath.  Rivo at Ringling's most notable characteristic is that it's an atrium building.  The first few floors are parking structure, and then there is an enclosed central atrium that is open all the way to the top floor.  The atrium is covered by a skylight so as not to allow the weather in.  The hallways with residence entries encircle this atrium.
